This card is for those patients who prefer a more convenient, compact, and discreet way of carrying proof of their right to possess medical marijuana.
The recommendation-in-a-card form provides 24/7 internet and phone verification along with our standard fax verification. MediCann strictly adheres to patient privacy standards mandated by the physician-patient privacy laws.
Q. What is the cost of the recommendation on a card form from MediCann?
Patients will receive the card for free. Patients are required to
visit the physician for an evaluation at least once a year. Lost or
stolen cards can be reissued for a $10 fee.
